PETER TAY
Managing Partner
Peter is the founder and CEO of Asia Digital Garden. With over 20 years of experience in business consulting and investment, Peter has a deep understanding of the Asian market and its complexities. He has helped numerous companies successfully enter and grow in the region. Peter was appointed non-executive independent director of CityNeon; a public listed SGX company in 2013. He was also appointed Tourism Ambassador of Myanmar from 2013-15 by the Myanmar Tourism Federation's International Division; under the purview of the Myanmar Ministry of Hotels and Tourism. His last corporate role was as Group CMO of Qatar Telecom; which Peter rebranded into today's Ooredoo with the leadership teams across multiple markets. He has lived and worked across multiple regions: Canada, Middle East, Malaysia, Hong Kong and established a valuable network of contacts across different countries.

Senior Partner
Alberto Montrond, MA a Fellow, Diplomat Consultant and Advisor that has become a recognized specialist in Business development in the public private sector. As a Diplomat, he is a strong proponent of Science Diplomacy and Economic Development; he has led the implementation of many valuable projects as a trusted advisor internationally. He has served as a Consultant to Governments building diverse programs employing multidisciplinary approach leveraging both his expertise in Diplomacy, Academic Research and the Business world through his extensive collaborations between Stakeholders.
His career has seen him play a vital leadership role in some of the most significant implementation in several sectors of the economy around the world. His experience in government in Africa, as a member of the Cape Verdean Parliament, and his educational background as a diplomat with background in International Relation obtained at the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston has been essential to his role in building partnerships between the Harvard EPREP research team and government agencies in Europe with main focus on Science Diplomacy.
